*Returns & Refunds Policy*

We hope you love your Shoe Army order. However, if something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

*Returns*

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

* Unworn and unused
* In their original condition
* Free from marks, stains, odours or damage
* Returned with any original tags and packaging where applicable

Please contact us before returning your order, quoting your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the relevant returns instructions. 

*Refunds* 
Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please allow several working days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed, depending on your payment provider. 

*Exchanges*

If you would like a different size or product, please contact us and we will do our best to help, subject to availability.

Where a direct exchange is not possible, you may need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
